App Similarity Heat Map

On this page, you'll find a graphic that measures the similarities between each witness. The witnesses are listed vertically while the apps are horizontal and a key is held in the navigation bar. Clicking the green 'expand' button or anywhere in that witness' heat map row will show a table underneath it. This table lists the other witnesses that it has in common. Each column represents one app in the manuscript. The color of the blocks is determined by how many witnesses the cureent witness has in common. A black circle over the block signifies that the app does not actually contain any text.
